Abilities Update

Abilities

This system completely changes the dynamic of the game, turning it from a simple drawing canvas into a strategic battlefield. Abilities are granted daily, for time spent online, or randomly drop while you paint. You can stock up on these tools and deploy them when the timing is right:

  • Pixel Bombs: Scatters a burst of pixels across enemy territory to quickly disrupt their art.

  • Paint Burst: Grants a temporary rapid-fire mode, allowing you to place multiple pixels while bypassing the standard cooldown.

  • Mini Flood: Instantly claims an enclosed, connected region with your selected color.

  • Shield Zones: Deploys a protective barrier over a specific area to defend your community's art from incoming attacks or griefers.

  • Utility Tools: You can now use abilities to temporarily boost your cooldown speed, add custom colors to the shared extra palette, or place a transparent reference image on the canvas to help coordinate massive group builds.

Pixel Location Tracking

The live feed is now a powerful recon tool. By hovering your cursor over a player's name in the activity feed, you can see the exact coordinates of the pixel they just placed. This is incredibly helpful for pinpointing active warzones, finding where your friends are building, or tracking down players who are vandalizing your turf.

Daily Stats

A new way to track your impact on the canvas. The daily stats feature allows you to monitor your personal progress, tracking how many pixels you've placed and measuring your overall activity throughout the day.

Moderation & Chat Controls

To keep the community healthy and focused, two new quality-of-life systems have been added:
  • Reporting System: Players can now flag rule-breakers or inappropriate pixel art directly in-game.

  • Chat Disabling: If you prefer a quiet, distraction-free environment while you build and strategize, you can now toggle the in-game chat off entirely.

Persistent Settings

A fully dedicated settings menu has been implemented. Best of all, these settings are now persistent—meaning your personal preferences (like chat toggles or visual options) are saved automatically. You no longer have to reconfigure your game every time you log in.
