[Docs] Wrong Example Path

    References an example model at "sbox\game\addons\citizen\Assets\models\citizen\citizen.vmdl", but it seems that path is outdated. 

    The path on my machine is "sbox\addons\citizen\Assets\models\citizen\citizen.vmdl". There is no "game" folder in the "sbox" root.
