It would be cool if you could download games.

Only if the developer of each game allows it, since it wouldn't be able to track in the playfund, but it would be nice for a game that support singleplayer if you could have a list of games that stay downloaded so even offline you can launch them. Also it would be nice if Sandbox mode was like this by default, so you could play it like Garrys mod without internet especially since now they're going to have steam workshop addons and stuff.

They are already adding the ability to upload games to Steam Workshop, so what you’re talking about will soon be possible. And regarding the internet, I heard them say that a lot of things depend on an internet connection.
