A lot of technical improvements, fixes, and bug fixes. Ok, I like it, this is the right approach. It’s also good that you’ve started focusing on lower-end hardware like the 1650 Super, as well as mid-range GPUs and CPUs, because performance is one of the reasons s&box gets negative reviews
I think moving to Steam Workshop is the right decision, even though I personally don’t like it, because your own solution is faster and better. But unfortunately, this is one of those cases where you need to listen to the players. They want a tool that’s easier to understand. About Sandbox Game, I saw how much you improved it. Please talk about it in more detail in around 2 weeks. You need to spread the word about Sandbox Game much more before December, and we’ll help with that too, because... Some people still can’t even find your flagship game inside the platform.I'm still to play and develope with you, guys. I have some ideas beyond releasing CATLINES on Steam, and tomorrow I’m planning to make some new addons and maps for Sandbox Game too. -
Any updates about the In-Engine script editor that's like a C# version of Lua?

Hate that we had to move to the Steam Workshop, but I understand why. Great work.

I'm for anything that helps with playing the game offline.

I think the Sprite and Particle Refraction stuff is Hot x Cool

Huh, apparently when you publish your game on the Steam Workshop it no longer shows previous player counts, reviews, thumbs up, etc. on s&box. All that still shows up on this site though, but not in game. But it seems like discoverability is still controlled by the older metrics... I'm not sure if they intended it to be this way. I'm guessing they want to delete the older data eventually and developers have to re-earn everything? I'm not sure about that...

Great changes

quite possibly the worst update regarding getting achievements/drops.
i was forced to play jumper for 20minutes and it was one of the most unfun experiences ive had
wasted 20 minutes, maybe its a skill issue but i genuinely think the mechanics are horrible, the game is not for me.
all this made me want to do was downvote the game and get off, youre forcing people to play things they dont want to play. at least with the previous system i could find something i wanted to do. i cant imagine how many people are going to downvote games they were forced to play and just didnt want to
maybe a system where you can reroll or something
yea i just checked the reviews and not surprised its nothing but downvotes.
i just dont see how this can work, especially if youre a small dev making a niche and/or unfinished game and you get put into the weekly drop youre getting review bombed -
Is there a chance that you will add mount from Source 2 games(Like Counter-Strike 2, HL: Alyx)?
I understood that there be copyright issues, but if you add these, that will be cool.
A large part of the GMod community loves the game partly because of its Half-Life aesthetic, and leaning into that would serve as excellent promotion for the game.
Assets from the original Source engine look fine in GMod, but they appear unnatural in Source 2; it would be a good idea to add assets from Half-Life: Alyx.
In short, the question is: are you in negotiations with Valve about this, or are they flatly refusing without requiring royalty payments ?
