Appealing reviews about my game

Hello everyone,
Is there any way to appeal reviews on my game? I have two negative reviews from players who have spent 0 seconds in the game. Could this be considered review bombing, cheating, or some kind of revenge just to ruin the stats?
Let me be clear: we truly value player feedback. We have an active Discord community where we listen to suggestions and shape updates based on what our players actually want. We know our game is far from perfect — it's still in an intermediate stage — but I don't think it's fair when someone leaves a negative (or even positive) review without spending a single second in the game.
It feels like some kind of war is going on. Guys, let's live in peace — why try to stifle each other's projects? -
While I agree that you shouldn't be able to review a game without having touched it at least once I also have to mention that you have to expect to be downvoted when there is not even any media about the game but a slop thumbnail.

Being able to review without playing is dumb, but you should rethink your presentation. Some people absolutely detest everything that has any AI art, and the only media of your game is your AI thumbnail. You should probably make a real thumbnail.

Hello everyone,
I want to say a big thank you to everyone who gave advice and supported us. We've listened and fixed everything related to AI — the thumbnail, the presentation, and any other AI-generated elements. Your feedback really helped.
The only thing that still hurts is that we cannot remove the negative reviews from people who didn't play a single second. It's a shame Steam (or the platform) doesn't allow that. But at least the game itself is now in a much better state thanks to you.
