    Thanks. So this would be the explanation. The game does exist, but it has this flag to avoid pollution of the "official" game lib.

    But how can I start a "wip" game?

    I saw this filter:

    I asked AI. It hallucinated about some console commands (that don't exist) that start a game, given it's ID.
