Loading fonts = hard stuck

Many games for me will get hard stuck at loading fonts, they never finish loading.edited:update: Published a game with busted settings and sure enough, it gets to loading fonts and then stalls.
current hypothesis: When you have a game freeze at that state, it's been allowed to compile for some reason even though it is not validly packaged or does not have a working entry point / scene.
