DXRP False Ban

Hello, I was playing on a official DXRP server and randomly recieved a perma ban for ban evasion.
I can only assume this was a mistake or is due to the fact that I play on the geforce now service which might have looked strange to someone or a system that protects the servers?
I have had no issues with any other projects just this one today.
Any ideas of how I get this resolved?
