Game is almost 1fps after Update

    I dont know where else to try to find help but after either yesterdays or last weeks update my game is unplayable. It ran great before but something is completely messed up now and no matter what menu I go into or game its always 1 fps. I have everything that could possibly effect it closed and such but it's still screwed, has anyone else had this issue and if so how do I go about fixing it?

    Heres what i mean, all my settings have been the same. Just after a recent update its been horrible
