Navmesh problem?

any1 else with issues around npc's and navmesh walking down stairs ? Like they dont fully walk down like they start walking in the air for some reason ? some times they walk down the stairs just fine tho

The npcs can walk fine down the stairs then suddently after like 5-20 they don’t go right down the stairs they start missing steps and ends up walking in the air And then another npc in the same moment walks just fine down the stairs
