Can't post video for game

For several days now, I haven't been able to upload a video to the game description - it just keeps saying “Processing...”
Could you please advise? Maybe I need to use only certain container formats, or only certain codecs, or only certain H.264 profiles, or only certain video resolutions?
I’m uploading an MP4 with H.264, and I’ve tried all the profiles, as well as two resolutions: 1920x1080 and 1280x720. -
I am having the same issue, video has bene "Processing..." for about 8 hours now.
Kinda glad to hear I am not the only one facing this issue -
The video finally showed up for me just now - about an hour after it was uploaded.
But now my question is: why is only the first minute showing, and not the whole video? I’ll ask that question in a separate thread, though.
