    Chop some cherry tomatoes finely, remove the pulp if you want, mix with chopped garlic cloves, basil, olive oil, oregano, pepper, salt.
    Slice a baguette, or any bread really, toast it, then rub a garlic clove on it so that it disintegrates, then put the mix on top.
    Shrimple and a good antipasto
