Bad perf on a decent laptop

    My game is constantly locked at 35FPS. My specs are i9-13900H, 16 GB RAM, RTX 4060 8GB. For some reason I also have very high numbers in the profiler, I tried using the console or following a few guides to increase my FPS but nothing seems to work.

    that's unusual, did you check GPU / CPU utilization? make sure it's running on the dGPU.
