Inventory.Items is empty?

    Hello, I am trying to make a p2w game where players must have a Hard Hat in their inventory to be able to start the game

    Following the outdated API (https://sbox.game/api/liveservices/Sandbox.Services.Inventory/Items)
    I have this code.

    I am getting test in my console, however userItems is always empty. Do I need to publish game to be able to test it? Is there specific privacy rules or something? Also how do I get ID for specific item? (like Hard Hat)
