Items from shop doesnt appear

    I bought an item from the store, but I can't put it on my character.

    I bought "Vintage Design Crop Top" its gived me a item on Steam, but i cant wear it. 

    What to do? I tried to restart the game, looked in different sections of the character settings, but the item is simply not there
