menu optimisation pls

I know I don't have the greatest of pc's but since the last big menu rebrand running it has gotten pretty difficult.
Normally I wouldn't just throw out requests like this, but when most of the games on your platform run better than the platforms game select screen it looks a bit weird.
I hope someone at Facepunch will consider my request to atleast maybe have an option to turn off the extra fluff that makes it so hard on the gpu. -
Probably just a recent unintended regression, it happens. I'm sure it will be fixed soon. I also am having unusually low performance in the menu on a 9800X3D and 5070 ti.
