Jack Mercer was going for dinner with his daughter when his phone rang. She's in trouble. She's been taken hostage at the top of Harborview tower, but Jack only has one bullet. Using smart decision making he needs to take out enemies on each level with only 1 shot by bouncing bullets off the walls.
