Moving platforms, Clouds, and more levels

- Added clouds to the background
- Better player controller
- Levels up to level 3 now
- Added bloom to hte camera to highlight lit up platforms

- Obstacles for both Light and Dark
- Projectiles to reach further in the level and vary the gameplay a little
- And more QoL fixes that are being planned...
