You’re the bartender. You’re also the bouncer. And a janitor.
Mix drinks to match your customers’ tastes and keep the tips coming. But a happy customer isn’t necessarily a well-behaved one.
Some guests fall asleep. Some start dancing. Some would rather start a fight. Keep the queue moving, deal with the troublemakers, and get back behind the bar.
