Shop, Sound & Multiplayer Update Oct 4, 2026
Added
  • New player spawn – brand-new players start at District 1's doorstep, facing it
  • Power IV and Speed IV upgrades – tools with no area effect get these instead of Area upgrades (Area upgrades you already own are converted or refunded)
  • Hold crouch to descend while flying
  • Quantity labels – shop tiles, crafting cards, detail panes, buttons and toasts now show how many you get (e.g. ×5)
  • Rarity colors for ores, district salvage and equipment, based on their district
  • Crafting rail in the Resources tab – shows what you can craft now and what you're close to
  • Your Salvage – district salvage has its own inventory section with its estimated sell value
  • Settings on the main menu – opens the same settings panel as the pause menu
  • Delete save data – Settings → Save data, confirmed by typing a code; no restart needed
  • Join the Discord from the pause menu
  • Main menu music and ambience
  • Toggle build mode with R3
  • Vehicle and build-mode flight controls in the control legend
  • Footsteps match the block you're standing on
  • New sounds – UFO hum and beam, tornado roar, size-graded explosions, artillery whistles, distant gunfire, melee whooshes and material-based hits, energy tools, gunship drone, grapple, placing and lifting blocks
  • New cues – purchases, crafting, district unlocks, button presses and hovers, menus opening and closing, power-up blocks, rampage reward
  • Ambience that changes with weather, time of day and shelter, with new night, wind and rain loops
  • Four new rock tracks in the demolition playlist
  • Other players now hear your swings, jet weapons, gunship guns, orbital laser and earthquakes
Improved
  • Dynamite – each tier is strong in its own district and about half as effective one district deeper
  • Dynamite cooldown lowered to 40 seconds
  • Explosion craters keep their shape in deeper districts
  • Power-ups deal the same damage in every district, scaled to where they land
  • Earthshaker power-up swings 20% faster
  • Scythe's area narrowed so its bite breaks hard blocks
  • Grenade, acid and molotov damage now scales with the district
  • District unlock costs retuned
  • Equipment is now sold at the Trading Post instead of crafted at the Crafting Table
  • Bigger Boom and Iron TNT Bundle tasks now ask you to buy at the Shop Kiosk; any you already hold count straight away
  • The three station-crafting tasks are merged into one Build a Workshop task
  • Crafting tasks count stations you already own
  • Crafting Table shows "Max owned" when you're at the limit
  • The "Craftable only" filter is now a secondary button
  • Craft quantity starts at 1
  • Placeables say plainly what they do, with their numbers
  • Simpler loading screen with a larger model
  • World map opens framed on the area you're in
  • Rarity is shown as a colored fill behind a neutral outline
  • Stack counts use comma separators
  • Big numbers like money read compactly
  • Equipment gear scores use their district's rarity color, and very large scores display properly
  • Upgrade Bench shows the Area upgrade as a swing-radius percentage
  • Task hint toasts only appear while the task card is collapsed
  • Re-mixed ambience, wind, rain and music levels
  • Pulverizer has a heavy machine-gun sound
  • Cash-register sound for purchases
Fixed
  • Leave to Main Menu now works for connected players
  • The host leaving to the main menu hands the session to another player instead of disconnecting everyone
  • Getting salvage from districts you haven't unlocked through fire, acid, explosions or long-range hits
  • Blocks popping back on clients after long-range hits, power-ups at district walls, or dynamite
  • Hits popping back right after joining, buying a district or a host change
  • New players being pulled back to their plot right after spawning
  • Crafting and placement tasks not counting stations a client already owns
  • Charged-block toast and sound missing for clients
  • Tornado lingering after the power ended
  • Tornado vanishing early for other players
  • Rampage meter granting another power on the next block after it was full
  • Hub grass and flowers could be destroyed
  • Decorations paid out district salvage
  • Geodes could come from districts you hadn't unlocked
  • Duplicate perks – each perk is owned once, and saves holding duplicates are refunded
  • Block stacks splitting in the inventory; tinted pickups now stack
  • Inventory icons only appearing on hover
  • Ore icons showing as grey squares on the world map
  • First-person arms jittering when stepping up a block
  • World shading drawn over the held tool
  • Menu title textures missing in exported builds
  • Discord button had a box behind its text
  • AC-130 now flies a proper left-hand orbit
  • Controller moving the player while a menu was open

  • Errors from the player's clothing and camera
  • Your own footsteps sounding from the wrong position
  • Collapse rumble playing for toppled props
  • Acid causing lag
Removed
  • Crafting equipment at the Crafting Table – it's now sold at the Trading Post
  • Area upgrades on tools with no area effect – replaced by Power IV and Speed IV
  • Loading screen tips and step checklist
Known Issues
  • Basic dynamite shows in the Trading Post for $0
  • Range upgrades can't be bought yet
  • The Wide Load perk has no effect on tools with no area effect
  • Crafting hints may list recipes that need salvage from districts you haven't unlocked
