Early release: pour, serve, then bank your tips or gamble them on one more round. A first-person bartender, with more to come.

ONE MORE ROUND, twice over.
A round of drinks is the unit of play. Punters walk into The Anchor, a small seaside pub, and won't say what they want until you ask. Then you work the bar with your own two hands: the right glass off the shelf, a lager poured down the side of the glass, an ale pulled in two strokes, a stout poured to the harp and left to settle while you get on with something else. Ice with the tongs, spirits free-poured to the mark, cocktails built in the tin and strained into a coupe. Serve it, collect the empty, rinse it, and on to the next.
At the end of every night, your tips are only PENDING.
CLOSE UP and bank them for good. Pick an upgrade, spend in the shop, lay the bar out your way. Tomorrow is busier.
ONE MORE ROUND and serve an extra round at double tips: ×2, then ×4, then ×8. Your strikes carry over. Fail it, and the whole night's pending tips walk out of the door. What you banked is safe.
That's the gamble. "Just one more" is the whole game.
- Twelve drinks unlock one card at a time: pints, shorts, long drinks, garnished drinks and cocktails.
- Nights get busier: more punters, less patience, rounds of two.
- Hand over the wrong drink and their patience halves. Let someone walk out and it's a strike. Three strikes and you're done.
- Glasses are finite. Keep on top of the washing, or save up for Barney the glass collector.
- Night 1 teaches you the taps, and the Practice Bar lets you learn every drink with no clock.
Your best banked total goes on the leaderboard.
