New content added to SPRAIN.

New Map

I've added the first draft of a new map to SPRAIN. There is still a lot I'm intending to fill the map with, but I believe it is already much more interesting than the old map.

Challenges

You are now given random challenges to help you earn money faster. These scale as you get more upgrades.

Other changes

I have added a new upgrade that controls how much you bounce when hitting a surface. There were also some balance adjustments to prices and how much you earn.
