Overmatch Arena is a co-op arena boss shooter for up to eight players. One enemy. One arena. The Titan swings, charges, slams the ground, rips cover out of your hands and throws it back at you, and grabs your teammates to hurl them across the arena. Every round it comes back bigger, faster and angrier.

WORK AS A SQUAD

  • Choose a profession before each round, each with its own machines and passive:
  • Medic: health crates, regeneration, revives, and a long-cooldown call to bring a fallen teammate back.
  • Engineer: a turret and a drone that fight beside you, and faster supply crate looting.
  • Quartermaster: ammo crates for the whole squad and an ammo press that keeps you topped up.
  • Demolitionist: the RPG, restocked by a missile carrier on your back.
  • Builder: concrete barricades and crates to hide behind or climb.

LOOT AND UPGRADES

  • Weapons and machines drop from the Titan and from supply crates with a rarity and rolled stats, from Common to Legendary.
  • Between rounds, open the workbench to preview attachments on a 3D bench, compare stats, and fit sights, suppressors, grips, extended magazines and machine modules.
  • Drop a gun and your teammate picks it up with every part still on it.

SURVIVE THE FIGHT

  • Take a lethal hit and you go down instead of dying: crawl to cover and wait for the medic.
  • Hold a supply crate to open it, but the Titan will come for whoever is opening it. Beat the clock, or the Titan enrages.
  • The round report crowns the MVP and runner-up, and rewards them.

FEATURES

  • Co-op for 1–8 players, host your own squad or join an open lobby
  • A multi-phase boss with telegraphed, dodgeable attacks
  • Five professions, six weapons plus the RPG, and dozens of attachments and modules
  • Rarity-based loot, a shared stash, and a between-round workbench and inventory
  • Full audio mix with separate volume sliders

Professions, Achievements and Leaderboards Sep 25, 2026
Added
  • Night arena – a container yard with concrete walls, floodlights and props to hide behind
  • Grab and throw – the Titan picks up a player and throws them at a teammate; shoot it to break them free
  • Cover matters – its swings stop at cover, so it rips away the crate or barrel you hide behind and throws it at you
  • It plucks players off containers and high ground instead of waiting below
  • Quartermaster – places ammo crates for each ammunition type and wears an ammo press that tops up their reserve
  • Demolitionist – carries the RPG and restocks rockets from the missile carrier on their back
  • Builder – puts up a concrete barricade and a big crate the squad can hide behind or climb
  • Medic revive – brings a fallen teammate back beside them (long cooldown)
  • Machines are items – turrets, drones and crates drop with a rarity and take workbench modules
  • RPG – a shared rocket launcher with warheads, a faster motor and loading rails on the workbench
  • Rocket trails that fade out slowly after the explosion
  • MVP and runner-up – the round's best player wins a random weapon, the runner-up credits, both shown beside the round report
  • Achievements – eleven to earn, from beating the Titan to a flawless round and the killing blow
  • Leaderboards – damage, rounds won, best round, Titan kills, revives and biggest hit, in the main menu
  • Pings – press the middle mouse button to mark the Titan, loot, supply crates or a spot for your squad
  • Squad colours – every player has a colour, shown on the scoreboard and on their pings
  • Ready board – between rounds, see who is ready and which key opens the menu
  • Ammo gain popup – "+N" in the calibre's colour whenever your reserve rises
  • Main menu music
Improved
  • Squad loot – the Titan and supply crates drop shared loot sized to the squad; first to take an item keeps it
  • Everyone starts with an M4A1, MP5, USP and crowbar; the last weapon of each class cannot be sold
  • Workbench parts get cheaper for every squad member beyond the first
  • Staged in its own workshop scene; each item is lifted off the desk as you pick it
  • Parts listed by mount, MP5 sights on its rail mount, and a deeper zoom
  • Keeps chasing whoever opens a supply crate, even after it opens
  • Reload animations and sounds speed up with reload upgrades, for every weapon
  • Lobby browser – a clearer table with open seats and ping; join with the Connect button
  • Lobbies now hold up to 8 players
  • Scoreboard – match totals for damage, best hit, revives, downs, deaths, crates, loot, credits and rounds
  • Key hints moved to the right edge; bigger weapon slots and menu key hint
  • Taller Titan and downed bars
  • Cleaner text shadows with no dark edges against bright backgrounds
  • The aim readout skips downed teammates, whose own marker already shows their state
  • Less work for the host while the Titan hunts for props to throw
Fixed
  • Clients now hear supply drop alerts and other interface sounds wherever they stand
  • Supply crate sounds stop when the crate is opened
  • Main menu music plays in the published game
  • Players who slipped through the floor at spawn no longer die; they return to their spawn point
  • Rockets now hit the Titan directly instead of passing through
  • Rockets fired without a launcher no longer break
  • You can no longer fire the RPG before its reload animation ends
  • Weapon attachments show correctly on every weapon
  • Round report no longer marks players as survivors after a squad wipe
  • The medic's revive ability label is no longer drawn in black
  • Inventory stash toolbar, workbench layout and item sizes
  • Unknown lobby ping shows a dash instead of -1 ms
  • Round timers and supply drops carry over when the host leaves and another player takes over
Removed
  • Telekinetic profession – replaced by the quartermaster
  • Camera toggle keys (C and F) – third-person, shoulder and free cameras are now console commands for testing
Known Issues
  • The enrage warning plays no sound yet
