Remove verbose CSS comments and add will-change optimizations
Details
Removed large header comments and section markers from multiple CSS bundles for community, profiles, admin, and utilities to reduce file size and improve readability. Added 'will-change' property to several animated elements in profiles.css for better rendering performance. Updated featured package image to use 'loading="lazy"' in user-profile-redesign.js. In index.php, added Font Awesome stylesheet for organization profile pages.
