Start with a tiny rented office, a couple of old computers, and one big goal: build a game studio people actually care about. Create your founder, customize their appearance, choose a studio name, and design your own logo before starting from the bottom.
Come up with game concepts, pick genres and settings, assign development priorities, and turn rough ideas into finished releases. Hire developers with different skills, manage their workload, research new technology, follow market trends, and decide when a project needs more time or when it is good enough to ship.
Your studio is more than a menu. Buy furniture and equipment, arrange workstations, decorate rooms with posters, change the wallpaper and flooring, and expand into new areas. Keep the team fed, rested, and productive while dealing with broken equipment, unexpected events, bills, contracts, reviews, and demanding players.
Every release affects your money, reputation, audience, and place in the studio rankings. Grow from a nobody working on outdated hardware into a studio capable of releasing the next big hit or go bankrupt trying.
